PARTICIPATION TERMS

Guitarists from all over the world may take part in the festival either as performers or as competitiors.

The participation fee indicated in each category. 

Guitarists who take part in the festival as performers and do not take part in the competition, do not pay the participation fee.

The participation fee is non refundable.

Audience may attend the competition holding.

The contestants will perform in alphabetical order.

Contestants in category B, C, D, must be able to present documents certifying their age. (identification card, birth certificate, etc).

Contestants may use scores. 

Each member of the ensemble participates in the competition and the events of the festival by paying the participation fee of 25 €.

The Competition committee retains the right to interrupt the contestants if their programme overruns the period allowd by regulations.

Each contestant may take part in more than one category competitions with the same fee but with a different program.

The committee retains the right not to award a prize.

PARTITIPATION FEE : (indicated in each category)
Includes attending the Festival's activities (seminars, concerts, lectures, competition etc) and sent by bank deposit or by Post Cheque along with the registration form, to : Yorgos Foudoulis, P.O. Box 1114, P.C. Volos, GREECE

The deadline for entries is 15 February 2012.

Guitarists who take part in the festival as performers and do not take part in the competition, do not pay the participation fee.
Transportation, accomodation and feeding expences are the participants' responsibility.
Minors Guitarists must necessarily be accompanied. If not accompanied, is required written authority of parents.
The attendants of guitarists have free entry to events.
